When you contact GB Unitas by email or telephone, the company processes the information you provide—such as your name, contact details, organisation and message—to respond to the enquiry and, where relevant, prepare or perform a business relationship.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or the legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Data is retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, the business relationship and any applicable legal obligations or claims.

3. Website operation and hosting

The hosting infrastructure may process technical log data required for secure website delivery, including IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device information. This processing serves website security, availability and error diagnosis.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website currently contains no analytics, advertising pixels or optional cookies in its own code. If these services are introduced later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
